1. General Use
Jubliexx Live is a live broadcasting platform where users can create and share live video content. Users must be at least 18 years old and agree to follow all local laws and regulations.
2. Payment & Gift Coin Purchase
- Users may purchase virtual gift coins using Google Pay and Apple Pay.
- A 15% transaction fee is applied to all coin purchases.
- Any applicable taxes or duties must be borne by the customer.
- No Refund Policy: Once coins are purchased, no refund or return is allowed under any circumstance.
3. Content & Copyright
- Users are responsible for all content they upload or stream.
- Jubliexx Live does not claim ownership of user-generated content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates policies.
- Users must ensure they have full copyright or license to share any media.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users must not post or engage in:
- Nudity, sexually explicit content
- Drug use, arms/weapons display
- Gambling or betting activities
- Violations of any Google or Apple app policies
Accounts found engaging in any of the above may face temporary suspension or permanent bans without notice or refund.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
- Jubliexx Live reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violations of these terms.
- Suspended accounts may lose access to content, coins, and services permanently.
6. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes within the app or via email.
